You may return eligible item(s) within 60 days from the date your order was placed. To initiate a return, please contact us at service@fanci.me within this period. All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Free return shipping is available only within the United States.

Please note: Engraved pieces, customized designs, gift cards, and permanently discounted or marked-down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. All other unworn and unused items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, our customer service team will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds for eligible returns are typically completed within 5–7 business days after the returned items arrive, and may take up to two weeks to appear on your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
