Verification  


A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We prepare your order immediately after verification. With this time frame, order cancellations or changes are difficult, however, we will strive to support your request.

Processing Time


Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, and the estimated timeframe will be noted on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery


We are pleased to offer FREE Standard shipping(7-12 business days) on orders over $89 to the entire US. For faster shipping service, you can select from our Express Shipping options. All estimated shipping times do not include clearance/customs delays.

Tracking an Order


You will receive an email with a tracking code for your use in tracking the whereabouts of your package. Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing the order. We are unable to reroute a shipment after it is sent out. We are not responsible for incomplete deliveries due to an invalid or incorrect address provided by the customer.

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. Please refer to the following:

  • Check your mailbox or ask your front office first
  • A pickup notice might be left by the courier if you are not available upon delivery
  • Check with your neighbors, friends and family members living at the same address
  • Go to the tracking page and request a proof of delivery
Packages through standard shipping does not require a signature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. If you suspect your package lost or stolen in transit, please file a claim with the courier. In the case that your package is delivered to the wrong address, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation and redeliver the package to the correct address.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. 

Return Policy


If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we guarantee a rapid and convenient return process.
U.S. Hassle-Free Returns

You may return some item(s) within 60 days from when the order was placed.

Contact us by email at service@fanci.me within 60 days from when the order was placed. All returns must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Once the returned order has been delivered, our customer service center will process the refund for you.

If you prefer to return the item(s) using the mail carrier of your choice instead, please ship the item(s) you are returning to us at the following address (the shipping charges must be paid by customer in this case. We also recommend using the shipping method with tracking to ensure safe and timely delivery of your return):

Please ensure that the return is executed with care to avoid any damage to the returned items.

Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected by FANCI.ME, the refund for eligible returns (unused and undamaged items in original packaging) will be processed within two weeks. Please note the refunds will be released to the original method of payment.


Return Conditions


Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

We will issue your refund to your payment account within 5-7 business days after your return items arrive.
